Parent Account Activation

State law classifies data (education records) of our students that is maintained by the Grygla School as private. This data will not be disclosed to parties other that parents, legal guardian(s), or eligible student without consent, except pursuant to a valid court order or statutes that authorize access. (Policy #515 Protection and Privacy of Pupil Records) The Grygla school district shall permit the parent of a student, an eligible student or parent of an eligible student who is also a dependent student who is (or has been in attendance) in the school district to inspect or review the education records of the student, except those records which are made confidential by state or federal law or as otherwise provided in the disclosure of private records section of this policy.
